All NextBeat accounts are activated only after a hand-reviewed application is approved by our team. There is no free trial. Subscription begins on the date your account is approved and your first payment is charged. Applications are typically reviewed within 48 hours.
Annual subscription fees are non-refundable after 14 days from the original purchase date, EXCEPT in the following cases:
Within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund for any reason. Refund requests must be sent to [email protected] with your order details.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel anytime to avoid the next monthly charge. The current month is not pro-rated.
One-time add-on services (UPC code purchases, expedited release, custom services) are non-refundable once delivered.
Royalties paid to you are not refundable to NextBeat. However, we reserve the right to offset future royalty payments against:
Please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and a $25 administrative fee.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws (e.g., the EU consumer rights to withdraw within 14 days for distance contracts).
